Corporate Key Account Manager - Sport Flooring - Mapei SpA

Graduated at Politecnico of Torino in Environmental Engineering, she joined Mapei SpA in 2003 and started the activity with geotechnologies for underground constructions. Since 2011, she works for Mapei division committed to sport facilities, bringing the acquired geotechnical expertise in the sport flooring sector. Since 2013 she has actively dealt with the Mapei Stadium refurbishment project, one of the first private stadiums in the country, being today one of the Italian sport facilities excellences confirmed by hosting the 2016 UEFA Women’s Champions League and several other events. E. Portigliatti designed taylor-made technical solutions along with the professionals of Mapei Football Center fields and amenities, whose project received a prestigious nomination for the 2021 Italian Architecture Prize organized by the Triennale Milano and MAXXI Foundation – National Museum of XXI Century Modern Arts in Rome (located in the wonderful building designed by Zaha Hadid). In particular, E. Portigliatti has developed an innovative system for the pitch water drainage using sustainable and very low carbon footprint solutions, leading to no interruptions of matches although exceptional rainfalls.
