I have dedicated a large part of my life to the game of football: player, coach, manager.
The numerous injuries during my career as a footballer have helped me understand how to deal with difficulties and restarts.
I have experienced being part of a team and I have understood the importance of the connection between team and individual objectives.
Leading a work team has enriched me from the point of view of skills, in particular, with respect to the importance of HUMAN CAPITAL.
The training of adult figures even before young footballers is fundamental for the processes that lead to the outcome.
CHANGE has been one of the recurring themes.
