He advises athletes, agents, coaches, clubs, leagues and federations in relation to the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of sponsorship contracts, transfers of players, as well as national and international regulatory, disciplinary and doping issues. He has extensive experience in proceedings before the dispute resolution bodies of FIFA and other International
Federations, the Court of Arbitration for Sport of Lausanne Sports (TAS- CAS) and the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT). His expertise covers commercial, regulatory and contentious work, particularly for clients in the sports, media and entertainment sectors. Federico is the scientific coordinator of the sports law section of the Master in “Design, Construction and Management of Sports Facilities” at Politecnico University of Milan and is a lecturer in the postgraduate course in “Sport Law and Sport Justice” at the University of Milan. He is the author of several publications and teaches sports law at master and specialization courses. He is a
member of the Expert Panel of “The Law Reviews” since 2020, having contributed annually to the publication of “The Sports Law Review” with the chapter dedicated to sports law in Italy.
