Carmen has developed significant experience in civil law by collaborating with academic institutions and is the author of various publications and books. She has been a member of the scientific committee of “I Contratti Editore IPSOA” magazine for several years.

In her first years as a lawyer, she worked on M&A transactions and mainly dealt with commercial, corporate and real estate contracts, creating innovative contractual solutions greatly appreciated by the markets. She has mastered and cultivated her skills in the real estate and construction field and in this area she has realized significant operations, contracts and concessions.

She worked for CNR and received her Doctorate in civil law in 1994. Carmen taught as an adjunct professor at both the faculty of law at the University of Milan and at the faculty of computer science, as a professor of private law. After this she devoted herself entirely to the legal profession, where she also provided legal assistance to private and public companies that built sports infrastructure.
