Expert in multichannel marketing since its inception in Italy and currently the Founder & CEO of Personalive, a company incubated at Polihub specializing in multichannel market research and advisory services with a strong emphasis on person-centric approaches in all aspects: consumer, athlete, parent, child, doctor, patient, employee, etc., following the original model and approach of Dynamic Personas®. Member of the Extended Faculty at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Multichannel Marketing. Senior Lecturer at the Sport Design & Management master’s program, overseeing the Marketing & Management module. Additionally, He co-authored several publications, including the “Experience Matters” reports, the “Multichannel Observatory” and “Mobile Marketing & Service Observatory” reports from 2007 to 2015, as well as books like Marketing Reloaded, Open Marketing, and Mobile Marketing.
