“Raised in Italy’s Motor Valley, surrounded by a racing family, legends and roaring engines, motorsport became my language from day one. For me, motorsport and sport in general aren’t just a passion, but a part of who I am. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to live and work during legendary races like the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Spa 24 Hours and the 24 Hours of Daytona, traveling and learning along the way.
Because of this, I feel truly privileged and I’m deeply grateful to my parents for raising me in this racing world, where from the very beginning I learned how to combine passion with discipline.
Driven by this background, I chose this Master’s program in Sport Design & Management with the desire to give structure and a long-term vision to what has been a lifelong passion: motorsport. From day one, I found myself in a stimulating environment, surrounded by industry professionals, passionate teachers and highly motivated classmates, with whom I’ve shared ideas, projects, passions and dreams.
Moreover, the program gave me a strategic and managerial perspective on the sports industry, covering key areas like sports marketing, event sustainability, fan and stakeholder experience design, and most importantly the operational and organizational management of teams and sporting events. In addition, I’m lucky to work trackside, right in the beating heart of motorsport, where every detail and every second can mean the difference between success and failure. Therefore, each race weekend is a unique challenge that demands coordination, teamwork, constant problem solving and the ability to make quick decisions. Importantly, what I learned during the Master’s didn’t just shape how I work, but it shaped how I think. It taught me to seek progress, embrace change and always put people and teamwork at the core of every success. Finally, throughout my short journey so far, I’ve been very lucky to meet incredible people in the sports world who have enriched me and helped shape my background, both personally and professionally. I have also had the fortune to collaborate with teams, industry professionals, and people who have continuously enriched me, broadening my perspective and skills.
I know I still have a lot to learn and I’m excited about the opportunities ahead to grow and develop. See you all on track!!!”
